Very Easy Run, a bit sore from yesterday. Later in the day went to the gym got a good core workout in and took a 20 minute sauna. Very happy with how I ate today no junk. The time has come to start doIng everything right, so I can really run well in my upcoming summer races. Hope to have my new supplements from vitacost soon, I want all the help I can get. Only 4 1/2 month till Portland. And I know I can be amazing shape for the marathon if I focus.
