Ran on glencoe track in the dark, did not feel 100% today. I wanted to be under 17:00 minutes for the intervals. My legs got very tight between the 1st and 2nd 5000, but at the 2 mile mark point I thought for sure I was going to run faster the 2nd 5000. I dont know what happend, I felt like I really picked up the pace, I might have read my watch wrong in the dark. also about 150m of the track was very dark I think I might have subconsciously slowed down. Not really happy with how this one turned out.
