Nice speed workout.

I felt my body figuring out how to run under control at the high speeds. There were times were I would be up on the front of my feet and feeling like I was working hard to run fast, but then I was able to settle in to the middle of my foot with a more straight ahead and controlled motion, and the splits improved even as I felt slower.
