This was less a true workout, and more a tune-up after spending the weekend in Indiana and afternoon in the car driving home. Certainly would have liked to (1) be faster and (2) run further, but this is what the legs had and it was all I could get in before they were closing the Vanderbilt gym. Nice to at least do something.
