Notes

First off, I can tell that I am still recovering from Sunday and Monday. Legs felt more sluggish and not quite as light as in the middle of last week. But it was great to push them a faster pace than I've been used it. Was able to hold on well. I had considered doing 6 and limited the workout to 4 repeats, but was happy with them.
