Just didn't feel fast... back and hips weren't there... lower legs sore...
did the 3x 50-50-50 thing first... the first one was like I was thrown in a washing machine... just all sorts of goofy...
Then did 3x30 and they just felt hard... not fast
Then the 3x120s...
There was just a bit of wind, but not half a second worth...
