Felt pretty good. Ended up starting off pretty quick. Legs felt good. Practiced working on form a bit, trying to lean a bit at the hips and making sure my legs are a bit more behind me.

At a mile to go, I was like 40:45, but my left hammy got really tight. It didn't feel like it pulled, but It kinda had a hitch when it went forward. I tried to stretch it but couldn't find the issue. Ran slowly back trying to do all kinds of things with my form to make it feel better. Slow last mile, but oh well...

Hope its better tomorrow.

Did start with drills... Finished with hamstring exercises.
