Legs have been so stiff and sore I thought I'd do a pool run instead...

Felt pretty good and strong for about 20 minutes, but then toes and stuff started cramping... I kinda stuck it out for like 5 more minutes and then lots more stuff was cramping... I decided to get out, which seemed like just in time as things like my calves and quads were cramping... I took a walk to the bathroom and back hoping it would relax.

Got back in the pool, and within a minute I was cramping again...

Still had muscle cramping when I got home.

Had a good amount of water and electrolytes through the day... Kinda frustrating...
