Dove straight into the intervals after the warm up... The first one was a bit faster than expected, but they were all in line with that time...

Felt pretty strong overall...

The 4th one I had a car almost back over me... so I dodged halfway across the road and lost my rhythm... Probably cost me the 2 or 3 seconds to make it like the rest.

Didn't realize the recoveries were getting so much longer...

Lots of cross wind, and wearing sweat pants and sweat shirt... Had hat and gloves for the first couple...

Happy with this workout compared to the same one a couple weeks ago...
