Notes
This was a pretty tough run. The way up was just a grind. It seemed to take forever. By the time I came back down my legs were pretty tired. My groin/inside of my legs was complaining. Core was sore. even my arms and shoulders were done at the end.
But, somehow I had more gas for that little uphill after the pavement than I would have expected.
These runs are getting long enough a single water bottle isn't gonna cut it. Time to break out the pack...
Glad I got it done. I was pretty sure I had more distance in me than I've been running...
