Little bit windy... Ran it hard...
Goal was go out for 200 in 40, and 400 in 80... and hold on...
I actually was off where the 200 mark was, but it worked out ok...
400 split was 1:16 so pretty even...
Very encouraged by this run...
Afterwards I was having a wierd thing with my breathing... every time I breathed in it would cause me to cough, which would make my throat more raw, which would make me cough more... I finally got to a drinking fountain and relaxed enough that I got thru it...
