I didn't really know what to expect. First one I was all out of sorts and clumsy. Didn't feel good or smooth at all. Kinda got in to a rhythm as I went.
Towards the end I was digging a bit. 1 minute between each rep wasn't enough to recover, Did my best to keep good form and stay strong...
It was windy, so half of them are a bit slower when I went into the wind I think...
Overall pretty happy with the workout.
HAHAHAH!! I just realized I miscounted and did 14 instead of 12... wow...
