Carson Pool

Notes

Run in the pool. Spent about 5% of the time dealing with camps. Spent much of the time trying to be careful so I didn't get cramps.

I was good and exhausted when I got out. Not sure what to do about all the cramping. Perhaps my muscles are just weak... /shrug I thought I did a good job of gettin electrolytes and hydration and all that jazz... oh well...

Gonna try a jog tomorrow... maybe it will be gooder... :D

Kelly: If you were in the pool for 2 hours it would be unusual if you didnt get cramps. That is a long time in the water. If you are going to continue those long sessions take a 20 oz bottle of half gatorade/half water and sip on it... should help some.
