Tried out a new headlamp. Worked pretty well...
Just ran... didn't worry about pace or anything...
Once I got to the trail I realized I didn't have any hills in me... I was still a bit tired and sore from Saturday... I didn't try to force it, but still got a bit of burn in my legs in places... Overall it was a pretty easy uneventful run...
I hope I helped my legs rest more than worked them more... mostly looking for endurance right now...
(bummed about the weight... I ate way too much sunday I guess...)
