Its a bit hard to explain, but 12 flat miles at a consistent pace seemed a bit intimidating to me.
I started off pretty easy and felt a bit tight and tired. Around mile 4 or 5 I kinda flipped a switch and started rolling a bit easier. About a minute faster on the 2nd half than the first even though it was hotter and significantly more uphill...
I put too much effort in to call it an easy run, and compared to my other runs it isn't really long. So I guess I'll mark it as medium...
