it was windy and smokey. I was still kinda sore from earlier runs. Decided to take it strong, but not hard. Try to let the hill do the work.
I did bounding on the two steep parts.
First one was way faster than expected. I was thinking I would be close to 5:00. I have definately gained fitness since the last time I have done these. Good news.
I tried to just stay strong and have good form. The run was a bit more challenging than I thought.
At the finish I carried straight into the cool down.
