Felt pretty light on my feet and pretty good. I was moving along decently quick and wasn't hurting at all.
I think if I could run like that things would be good. Perhaps I am making the transision from jogger to runner and only part of my body is ready? I dunno.
Went from the warm up thinking for sure I was going to be in the pool tomorrow to feeling pretty good about everything on the cool down... /shrug
