Tried to just maintain a 6 minute mile pace... Seemed pretty good... Workout probably says that doing 6 minute miles is doable... not sure what else it says...

It was pretty dark when we started, but I slowly over time stripped off the light, then the sweatshirt, and finally the gloves... kept the hat on the whole time... it was coldish...
