Ran with Steph. Warm up was from her house to the Stewert track. Then we spent a few minutes marking the corners and explaining the run.
I tried to guess both of our 5k race paces and start out with that pace. So Steph was 2 minute 300s (just over 10 minute miles) and I was 2 minute 400s (8 minute pace). Rest was the time it took Steph to walk 100m to the start.
We both pretty quickly started crushing that pace. Steph did awesome. I felt pretty strong too.
There was some wind, but not terrible. It did pick up for the last one just to spite us. ;)
Then we jogged back to Steph's for a cool down.
