Just mentally didn't have it today. My body and breathing wasn't so bad, but I just really wanted to not be on the treadmill...
24 minutes of that pace is probably as good as 32, and being totally wiped out. I'm a little bummed but not killing myself. There will be more days... And I was kinda feeling blah at the start.
Too bad it was tons of wind and snow and rain outside...
A follow up later, after the workout, I was sweating like crazy. Then later I was just drained. I think I bottomed out on food and ate more for dinner than I have been. Just kind of a weird day...
