Started pretty slow. I think the first mile was probably 8:20. Was feeling tight and tired, probably from the race still. Probably some DOMS going on.
Slowly picked it up here and there. At the four mile mark I was 31:30, so I made it my goal to do the last 4.6 in less time.
Just kinda kept picking it up a bit by bit. Was pretty much flying toward the end. Up Edmonds hill was like 3:40
First four averaged 7:52. Second 4.6 averaged about 6:30s.
