Notes

The plan was 8x400 with 60 second rest... but we ran them in groups... So I was with another gal and a guy named Matt...

I ended up waiting for Matt to finish before starting the rest timer, and they were kinda slow and lazy getting back to the line... so the rests were a little inconsistent and kinda long...

I probably should have done the first 3 or so faster...

The 800s were kinda rough...
