After driving to Las Vegas all night... I just went for a run to try to help my legs feel better... I ran around the campus doing silly things... Up the stairs, on the grass berm, around the track... whatever... No idea how far I really went... this is just a guess really...
Never did really loosen up... felt ok I spose...
Just been kinda tired lately... harder to get into it. Maybe I'll have to take an easy week, or perhaps need to run a race or something...
