It felt hot. Sun was rough. Felt like instant sun burn.
Hammy felt good, until the last 1/2 mile. Then it started to just tell me it was there. Unfortunately, it was saying it down low again... grr...
Otherwise I just felt fat and out of shape. a bit tough mentally to run that long. Slightly encouraged... see how it goes from here...
