Roughly 5 minute warm up... then 1 min up tempo, 2 mins regular x 8... Then basically cool down from the church home... Did do a fast finish, starting at the sign just before bennett that I usually think of as the start of the steep part...

Did some stretching after... about to do some planks and back leg lifts...
