Was supposed to do 5 minutes of 30 secs cruise, 30 secs fast... Ended up being 30 secs cruise, 30 secs cruise plus.
Then 10 minutes of 20 secs cruise, 40 secs fast... This ended up just being a cruise pace...
So it was kinda half fartlek half tempo run...
I just couldn't run fast on the hamstring...
Oh well...
