Ok, ran with the folks at Reno High. The goal was 6x800 with 45 second rest.
The warm up was short. Only a mile. The goal pace wasn't really clearly defined, so I tried to pick something that I could survive. My guess was going to be 3:30 pace or something like that.
Did the first one in 3:13, but it was a bit tough. So I let the other guy go and ran myself. They were better after that.
Last one was also in 3:13, so that was good. Middle 4 in like 3:20ish.
I guess happy with the workout overall...
Ran the VERY short cool down, and then decided to run more. That's why the last two intervals are marked cool down. 3/4 mile just not enough. Heck, 2.2 probably wasn't enough...
