Ran with Brandon... we hit a stride pretty early on and I felt pretty good... I knew we were moving pretty fast on Ponderosa when the wonder kid starting hurting a bit... he took a short cut up Bennet and thru the park, and I continued on... Pushed snyder a tad... Pushed edmonds a bit more... Really happy with this run... felt pretty good... Hope I didn't wreck tomorrow.
Arms were a bit tired to start, probably from swimming... Otherwise, everything felt good.
