Ran the first mile fairly easy, then pushed from the end of the dirt all the way to the top of the hill by Capital Assembly... Then ran it easyish back in.
Felt pretty strong... Pace wasn't rock solid, but it was good... felt like I was moving pretty good... the time was surprisingly fast...
Hammy was very close to a non-issue...
I hope tomorrow doesn't suffer...
