Wanted to do each one faster... Jokingly told my brother that I'd do them in 4:20, 4:10, and 4:00... I was dang close actually...

No break between the hills and the warm up or cool down... just ran straight into them...

Felt pretty good... Mentally was pretty good on this one... Good starting point I think...
