I was just under 34 minutes for the first 4 miles... Picked it up after that... Second 4.2 was 32 minutes... so much faster... Sub 8s
Still feeling pretty stiff and sore... did some decent stretching afterwards... Hope things loosen up...
Was low on motivation today as well... and I ate waaaay too much... my diet has been crap all month... Time to get back on the wagon... :-(
