Ok... so my legs were a mess today.

Dillon was supposed to come over and we would run. Dillon didn't get his room clean, so I walked 2 miles with my wife and brother instead.

After my walk, my legs felt good. So, while I was still warmed up, I went out and ran the same roughly 2 miles. My caveat was that if my knees hurt, I'd slow down till they didn't. If that meant walk, then fine.

I ran really slow, but my legs felt 10x better after I was done than they did at like 5pm today...

I think I will do the same tomorrow... run... If it hurts, slow down till it doesn't. Leaning towards doing it at the track on the way home so I can quit and so the surface is softer...
