Felt sluggish but ok. Leg was tight starting out but as I went along it loosened up some.
Then at about the 3.5 mile mark, it felt like my hamstring just tried to jump out of my leg. I don't know how else to say it. It just went Floop. I stopped and walked it in. Still sore 3 days later. Weirdest feeling. Not sure what really happened... /shrug
