Felt fairly good at the start so I just let myself go with it a bit. Tried to keep it relaxed. My body was ok, but I think my mind was being a chicken. I started breaking down the run into small chunks letting myself stay at a good pace until a corner, telling myself that I could slow down after that. Pretty much carried it all the way around.

Happy with the time. Happy with the run. The hamstring was pretty good. Not perfect, but didn't slow me down.
