Felt pretty good. 30 mins to the track, 21:20 back. Way slower than I thought, but I felt relaxed.

Strides were 4 laps of walk the curves and sprint the straights. Did better than expected. Legs felt pretty good injury wise. I did feel a bit heavy and it took more effort than I thought it should. Had to slow the walks down a bit for recovery...
