Ran the hill feeling like it was fairly easy... maybe even slow... worked hard to loosen up on the downhills and let the hamstrings and butt and stuff to stretch out... came back down the hill at a strong pace...

Back was a bit sore toward the end, and my hips were a bit iffy...
