Tried to just run easy. Not sure on how far it was, so that's just a guess. Hill at the end was a bit rough but the rest was ok. Feel like I am definitely lacking in endurance.
Hammy was ok. Felt it from time to time but not enough to slow me down. Seemed today to be a bit worse on the down hills...
