Wanted to push it decently well. Felt like I got started too fast a bit and was doing this little choppy stride. Finally started relaxing at about half to 3/4 mile in.
First lap was 16:13. Wanted the second lap to be faster, but I also settled in a bit and didn't want to really blow myself up. Only really pushed the last 100 meters or so.
It was pretty windy and kinda cold. I wore shorts. Might have been better off in tights...
