Ran most of it with a 30 incline and a 5 resist. I was toying with the idea of going 45 minutes, to the point where I actually pretty much had that in my mind. But I was getting pretty tired. I was pretty dead getting off at 35 minutes. It's a weird kind of draining to me, mostly because I am not used to it I am sure...
Decent workout though... Sweat is just pouring off me. Hopefully this is burning good calories. (Machine said 450... /shrug)
