Lungs and legs felt ok... Ankle/foot was kind of a pain...
Was nearly attacked by a large dog... Like golden retriever size... It was sneaking up behind me in a near full run... I heard it just before it got to me, turned around, and yelled loud. It freaked out and ran into the bushes as I yelled at it to go home... Huge adrenaline boost, for about 3/4 of a mile... then I felt really flat...
Picked up the last part some... Hill on Edmonds wasn't bad at all... Was hoping for sub 9, but that's close...
