Notes
Goal was to run 8 x 400 at goal 10k pace with a minute rest. I had no idea what pace that would be, so I ran the first lap how I thought I would start a 10k. I was probably a bit fast, but I ended up close to 90 so I thought I'd go for those.
I was feeling pretty good about the work out. Things were feeling good.
Near the end of the 6th the hamstring spasmed and I was done. No cool down. DONE. So dang frustrated. Grrr!
