Notes

Planned on 16, but felt really good and added a mile. Took in 210 calories of Powerade during the run and felt really good energy wise. Actually feel better overall as compared to last weeks 15 miler.

Left achilles was bothersome for the 1st 5 miles and then went away. Right shin was bothersome the whole time but the discomfort never gets worse.
