Hyannis Half Marathon
Dear God that sucked! Achilles was decent for the most part. From the splits below, went out too slow the first two miles and tried to pick up some time.....ended up paying for it later. Stomach started cramping at around mile 10 from too much Gatorade, so started taking water. The last 3 miles were very painful but somehow I got the last mile under 7 m/m pace.
