Easy shake out after a looooooong day. After the 90 run this morning I went to Groningen where I had a nude photoshoot with Ewoud Broeksema. Did that for 3 hours, then drove to assen with guido, ran this run, did interviews and an inspirational talk for his kids. Now on the way home!
