Nationals 10k, not sure what to think about it. I missed the connection with the fist group after 2k and continued to run alone the next 8k! It was so HARD to do that, just couldn't get back to them. I gave up after 5k and cruised to the finish line somewhat. Did not feel like running anymore. 5th place at Nationals is not the worst performance I've ever had I guess...
