Mobility assessments:
1. Dorsiflexion of ankle - okay. keep up with foam roller of soleus/calf.
2. Dorsiflexion of big toe - okay. keep up with plantar fascia mobility including LAX ball, 4-5 min per day.
3. Hip extension - needs work. kneeling hip flexor stretch 3-5 min per day and LAX.
4. Hamstring - okay but could be better. stretch in doorway and LAX.
5. Tissue flossing - do it.
6. Vertical compression test - needs work.
