First run at Rockcut and it went quite well. Legs aren't used ot the constant hills and the trails but I felt fine throughout. At about 6.5 miles I ended up rolling my left ankle, nothing terrible I just had to walk it off and kept on going. Then with 5 minutes left in my run I rolled the same ankle again... This time it hurt and it took me a few minutes to get over it. Finished off strong and headed to the pool. half mile of barefoot before
