Planned to do a swim of some type today and since I wasn't happy with the run earlier in the day I made it a workout. After a day away my pulls felt strong and my kicking felt good. I decided I would once again copy one of Alex's workouts with a few changes. Hit 1:15s for most of the 100 repeats I hit 1:16 once and a few 1:14s throughout but held pretty steady. The last 100 repeat I lengthened my pull a bit and pushed and hit 1:12.
