I haven't been in the pool for awhile due to work, bad decisions, and overall a lot of laziness. I realized while swimming, that when I do train consistently and am able to put in the hours I feel better and have a decent diet/eating routine but when I don't I eat like crap and feel horrible. I want to find the passion I used to have that would move me to put in a few hours each and every day of training, I miss it...
