Swim after running. I really wanted to do a workout today since I've been really busy with work and haven't been able to make it to the pool as much as I have wanted to. The short workout type swim I got in on Monday sufficed for the time being but I wanted today to go well, which it did! Came up with the workout once I finished the warm-up and decided to go with it. Hit pretty good times on the longer parts and dropped a second on the 100s as the workout went on. Didn't plan on it but I was happy it kind of just happened. New 50 PR on the last interval when my arms were killin me, happy with that. Overall a good swim
